01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "the User") and Nagahoki88 (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at nagahoki88.cam ("the Platform").

Nagahoki88 operates under international online gambling licensing frameworks and offers casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and related entertainment services to registered adult users. 02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

03 Acceptance of Terms

Your acceptance of this Agreement is indicated by any one or more of the following actions: (a) clicking an "I Agree" or equivalent checkbox during account registration; (b) completing account registration on the Platform; (c) making any deposit into your Account; or (d) placing any wager on the Platform.

You acknowledge that you have had a reasonable opportunity to read these Terms in full before accepting them. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to this Agreement.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, assurances, and arrangements between you and the Company in relation to the subject matter hereof, whether written or oral.

04 Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account on nagahoki88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino-style gambling and sports betting activities. Players who misrepresent their age will have their accounts immediately closed and any winnings forfeited.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of placing any wager.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, or director of the Company, or a family member of any such person, if such a relationship would create a conflict of interest under applicable gaming regulations.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or voluntary ban from gambling platforms, including any self-exclusion request previously submitted to nagahoki88.
• You must not currently be diagnosed with, or receiving treatment for, a recognised gambling disorder where a healthcare professional has advised you to refrain from gambling.

05 Account Registration & KYC

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether personally or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify us promptly of any changes by contacting our support team.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, the Company will require you to complete a KYC verification process. Accepted identity documents include Malaysian National Identification Card (MyKad), a valid Malaysian or international passport, and a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address (not older than three months). KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. The Company will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. 06 Deposits & Withdrawals

The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods currently include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, as well as USDT and BTC for cryptocurrency transactions. Available methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Maximum single transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification level, as detailed in the Platform's banking information pages.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that was previously used to deposit funds into the same Account (same-source rule), or to a verified bank account registered in the Player's own name, following satisfactory KYC completion.
• The Company may require additional documentation for withdrawal requests above RM10,000 per transaction as part of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes for most payment methods following internal approval. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take longer subject to network conditions.
• Funds deposited via one payment method may not be withdrawn via a different payment method without explicit written authorisation from our compliance team.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers:

• Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement which must be completed in full before any associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion page.

• Each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated. The Company reserves the right to withhold bonuses or winnings where it determines that a Player has attempted to abuse or manipulate a promotional offer.
• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any promotion withdrawn mid-wagering-cycle will be subject to a fair resolution at the Company's sole discretion.

08 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting wagers placed on the Platform — including Liga Super Malaysia markets, English Premier League fixtures, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC events, and all other sporting markets — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published on the relevant sportsbook help pages.

General betting and gaming rules applicable across all verticals include the following:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. The Company will not reverse or void a settled bet except in cases of manifest error on our part, where the applicable sport-specific rules provide for voiding, or where the Company determines that a wager was placed in bad faith or using prohibited strategies.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error (e.g., odds significantly deviating from fair market value due to a technical error), the Company reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes at its sole discretion.
• The Company reserves the right to impose staking limits on individual Players, accounts, or betting markets at any time, without explanation, in the exercise of its risk management policies.
• All casino and live dealer game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and audited. No manipulation of game outcomes is possible by Players or third parties.
• Mix Parlay bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sports involved. Where one or more selections are voided, the parlay will be recalculated with the voided selection removed, unless platform-specific rules state otherwise.

09 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the Platform:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or using false identity information.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties in any live dealer game, poker variant, or sports betting context.
• Exploiting a technical error, software bug, or pricing glitch to place wagers at manifestly incorrect odds or obtain Bonus Funds not intended for your account.
• Using the Platform to launder money or transfer funds for any illegal purpose. The Company has a legal obligation to report suspected money laundering to the relevant authorities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, security systems, or communication protocols.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers multiple times, or orchestrating coordinated wagering patterns to guarantee profit from promotional terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or in any communication with our support team.

The Company reserves the right to take any of the following actions in response to detected prohibited conduct: immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Account balance and Bonus Funds, reversal of withdrawals pending investigation, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the nagahoki88 brand name, logo, domain, game assets, interface design, source code, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of the Company's intellectual property, including the nagahoki88 brand name or logo, will constitute infringement and may result in legal action.

11 Responsible Gambling

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap on your Account.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the relevant claim.

The Company shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, or consequential:

• Loss of gambling winnings, profits, or anticipated savings as a result of Platform downtime, technical errors, or force majeure events.
• Interruption to the Platform caused by maintenance, network outages, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or other events outside the Company's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by Players in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or betting tips.
• Legal consequences arising from a Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in this clause shall limit the Company's liability for death or personal injury arising from its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that any of the following circumstances apply:

• A breach of any provision of this Agreement by the Player.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Discovery that the Player has provided false or misleading information at any time.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the Player against a deposit transaction.
• A Player's self-exclusion request or responsible gambling intervention.

Upon Account closure by the Company due to a Player's breach, any Account Balance that has not been earned through legitimate wagering activity, or any Balance derived from bonus abuse or fraud, may be forfeited at the Company's sole discretion. Legitimate Balance will be returned to the Player via their most recently used verified payment method following completion of any pending investigations.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Any outstanding Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you following final KYC confirmation.

14 Amendments to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, the Company will notify registered Players via email or through an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated under its international gambling licence, without reference to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and the Company relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.
